This provision is good
- Children are effectively protected from harm as managers and practitioners demonstrate secure knowledge of their responsibilities with regards to safeguarding children. They regularly update their safeguarding knowledge through appropriate training.
- The quality of teaching is good. Practitioners know the children in their key-person groups well and plan a stimulating and challenging educational programme to meet each child's individual learning needs. Children are keen and motivated to learn and enjoy new experiences.
- Partnerships with parents are strong. Key-persons work well with parents during the settling-in period, to obtain relevant information from parents about their children's capabilities, interests and learning needs. They communicate effectively to share ongoing information about children's progress and care needs.
